M Design has conducted over 150 ideation workshops on 5 continents. We have guided our clients to innovative solutions for opportunities that ranged from creating packaging innovation for ice cream treats to solving logistical and assembly line integration problems for high-speed production lines.

Our 2-5 day workshops team client stakeholders in one location to collaborate on design projects driven by consumer insight in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere. We use field trips, brainstorming techniques, 3D conceptual mock up building and other tactics to generate ideas and build consensus. Concepts are amplified by sketches done in real time by M Design designers. Session deliverables can be image boards, preliminary 3D-CAD, styling and graphic treatments, appearance or functional prototypes. A "Next Steps" planning session sets critical review dates and designates responsible parties to ensure momentum continues at the close of the workshop.
